What Cub Scouts do
What Cub Scouts do
Cub Scouts is Scouting America's program for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. Boys and girls are both welcome.
Scouts meet in small groups called dens, one for each grade: Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and Arrow of Light. Volunteer parents lead each den.
Scouts learn by doing. They hike, camp, build things, help their community, and earn awards as they go.
The youngest Scouts take part with a parent or another adult partner. Families are welcome at pack events.
When we meet
When we meet
Each den sets its own schedule, and most meet on a regular day and time. When you join, we'll connect you with your Scout's den leader and that den's schedule.
The whole pack gets together for events through the year, not on a fixed night.
How to join
How to join
Click Join Pack 7045. It opens our page on BeAScout, Scouting America's pack finder.
Choose Apply Now to register online, or Request more information to ask a question first.
A pack leader will contact you to welcome you, answer questions, and place your Scout in a den.
You can join at any point in the year. Joining includes a Scouting America membership fee and a pack fee. We'll share the current amounts when we talk.
