When: Sunday, March 31st, 2019, 4PM-7:30PM
Cost: 

    Scouts who partiicpated popcorn fundraiser: FREE
    Children (4 and under):  FREE
    Children (Ages 5-15):  $15 + PayPal fees (includes tax and gratuity)
    Adults:  $20 + PayPal fees (includes tax and gratuity)

Please note:  There is a limited number of tickets available there will be no options to pay at the door.  The deadline to reserve tickets will be March 24th.

All scouts must wear their Class A uniform.
Most Cub Scouts celebrate Scouting Anniversary Week in February with a “birthday party” called the blue and gold banquet.  In nearly all packs, the blue and gold banquet is the highlight of the year.  It brings families together for an evening of fun and cheer.

The purpose of the blue and gold banquet is to celebrate the pack’s anniversary, thank pack leaders and other adults who have helped the pack, and inspire the leaders, Scouts, and parents.  Packs often like to invite former members and other Scouting or community leaders to take part in their blue and gold banquet.

Dinner includes:
  • Fully Catered Banquet (including salads, buffet, and deserts)
  • Pinewood Derby Trophy Presentations
  • Advancements
  • Bridge Crossing Ceremony
  • Entertainment
To purchase tickets online:
  • Step 1 - Enter the number of children (4 and under) attending, the number of scouts attending, and the name(s) of the scout(s) attending
  • Step 2 - Click 'Add to Cart' to add adult tickets to your cart
    • You will be taken to the PayPal site. Select the quantity of adult tickets you wish to purchase.
    • If you are not buying any child tickets, proceed to checkout and ignore instructions below.
  • Step 3 - Click 'continue shopping' in the top right of the PayPal page.  You will return to this page.
  • Step 4 - Click 'Add to Cart' to add child tickets to your cart (note - scouts who participated in the popcorn fundraiser are free and do not need tickets)
    • You will be taken to the PayPal site. Enter the quantity of child tickets you wish to purchase.
  • Step 5 - Complete your purchase on the PayPal site.
